1.2. Why do we process your data?
RF is the entity in charge of processing and will only process your data for the following purposes:
- Answer the questions you raise by email.
1.1. We will keep the data for the time needed to resolve your query, then we will delete it.
- Manage your participation in our Clients’ Professional and Managerial Search Processes.
We will keep your data throughout your Professional Life unless you request cancellation. When that happens, we will remove them.
Both processes are legitimized based on your consent. However, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the legality of previous processing.
1.3. Is it mandatory that you provide us with your information?
No, but the more details we know about your profile and professional career, the better opportunities we can find in the market for you.

In addition, we inform you about the possibility of submitting a claim to the competent Control Authority, in this case, the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) if you have not been satisfied in exercising your rights. When you write to us directly sending us your CV or making a query, the data come from you as the interested party. On other occasions, the data come from your public profile contained in some of the professional social networks available in the market or directly received by other companies legally authorized to do so.
